A Technical Recruiter Network
Founded in April 2000, SATRN is a professional recruiting association dedicated to improving the skills of technical recruitering professionals. The SATRN Technical Recruiters Network is a group of professional technical recruiters brought together by a common bond of ethical and professional ideals.

SATRN continues to evolve and change to meet the growing needs of our members and the industries that we service. Since our inauspicious beginning drew 12 people to an Eastside cafe, SATRN has grown to an organization with over 400 unique participants.

Member Benefits
SATRN members have the opportunity to network at our meetings and on our listserv. Members have access to members-only content. Our diverse membership base is 15% corporate recruiters, 45% contingent staffing, 20% third-party recruiters, and a handful of people with other recruiting-related occupations.
Networking Events
Keeping up with our dynamic membership base isn't always easy. In previous years, we have presented a series of well-attended and throughly-enjoyed programs on the software devlopment lifecycle. We weren't quite sure how to follow that act, but after surveying our members and racking our brains we came up with a program series for 2004 that should be even more fun, interesting, and exciting.

Employment
Through our network, many of our members and participants have found employment, placed candidates, hired recruiting professionals and received excellent leads. SATRN has remained a shark-proof place to network, with different types of recruiters working together to further their careers and those of their candidates - helping qualified people find quality jobs in this tough market.
